To make my #3daystogreen challenge easier, I bought all three of my bottles on Sunday evening at the Starbucks near my house. Grabbing one as I walked out the door made for a no-brainer, but also healthy, work-day breakfast (see desk selfie, above). Something to note: All Evolution Fresh products are very, you guessed it, fresh so make sure to check the expiration dates when buying more than one. I still can’t get over the fact that I drank over one pound of veggies while I checked my morning emails!

  1. Another Dallas blogger :) I’m breastfeeding in 2015 and have let my diet fall terribly during the holiday season. I have been able to replace chips and sugary munchies with a seriously addictive baby carrot habit – like a bag a day. Can’t kick the Coke though :(

  2. I have cooked from scratch and exercise daily so far to make my 2015 the healthiest year yet.

  3. This is a great giveaway! I have always been a healthy living person. I am a vegetarian & I eat fresh foods. My husband has been on the Paleo Diet for about 3 years now, but he still lacks the health benefits. I have now taken over his diet this year to make us both have healthier lifestyles and we are both exercising together. I love my husband, but I love my healthy husband! For Super Bowl, we had not the usual snacks, we had paleo and vegetarian snacks! I posted my menu and progress on my Instagram that it can be done!

  4. I could definitely use an energy boost. This week has been super crazy! Thanks for sharing.

  5. I’ve been cutting down on my sweets at night. Definitely something I should’ve done a long time ago!

  6. Awesome! I have been doing yoga 3x/week and a barre class 1x/week, drinking my green juice every morning and just trying to make healthier eating choices (no fast food at all!)
