Addison Salon Suites and Spa recently opened off Belt Line Rd and is the latest location in the company’s expansion of salons throughout DFW. They offer a variety of services and is a one-stop-shop for your cosmetic needs. Services include haircare, skincare, nails, massages, permanent makeup and cosmetic teeth whitening. As a girl always on the go and working many events each week, having a salon nearby is so helpful to make me look and feel good! It’s a huge bonus to have this center right by my work and house.
Hair coloring
I’ve been wanting to do something different with my hair lately, so I stopped by the salon and had a consultation with Debbie Champion of Champion Hair. Debbie’s suite is one of the first ones you’ll coming into the salon, so you can’t miss her suite. Debbie provides free consultation and 50% off services for first-time clients! (Just let her know that you learned about this deal from GenPink!)
After talking to Debbie, we decided on adding subtle lowlights to my hair and adding layers for an overall distinct look. I think the lowlights go well especially in this fall season. Take a look.

Skincare
I also stopped by to get a facial – a service long overdue for myself! Erica Richter of Wax, Sugar and Spa performed a ProPeel Facial on me to get rid of congested pores and blackheads throughout my face. This facial is effective and very nourishing for the condition of my skin. The dead skin layers are removed instantly and peeling occured several days after my procedure, which allows the new skin to reveal itself. The result equals tighter pores, as well as smoother and even complexion color.
Erica offers three main facials at her suite, in addition to the hair removal services with wax or sugar, and also provides a free consultation to help choose the best facial technique for you. You’ll be amazed to learn how much she knows about the different skin types and the skincare industry overall. You can contact her at info@waxsugarandspa.com.
Nails
I visited Michelle for a mani/pedi because taking care of my nails by myself can be a chore! Ask for Michelle at the salon to get 20% off your first visit.
Massages
With all the running around I do at work and in my spare time, a massage definitely helps me relax and escape the fast-paced environment for a little bit. I visited Virgil for a back and shoulder massage, which was soothing and deeply relaxing. I could feel my body become less tense when I got back to work for the week, and the knots in my shoulders and neck were relived. Check out the salon’s Facebook page for Virgil’s special offers.
Natural Hair
Lastly, I stopped by Lisa Addison’s suite to learn more about her natural hair styles. She does everything for natural hair from extensions, weaves, braiding, blowouts and more.
Look – no hairspray needed! Lisa used a lightweight palm stick from the brand Karen’s Body out of Brooklyn, New York. This held my hairstyle all night when I jetted off to a work event after my visit.
Check out the center on Facebook for more updates and special offers.
