CorePower Yoga (CPY) opened its third Dallas studio earlier this month off Preston and Forest. If you haven’t heard about the company or been to its Mockingbird or Henderson locations, CPY isan all-inclusive yoga experience for yogis of all levels. The company offers hot yoga classes that vary in intensity and emphasize both fitness and mindfulness to work every muscle and emotion. The new studio in North Dallas was designed with green building practices in mind and features spacious yoga rooms, multiple changing rooms, showers and private lockers and a full retail boutique.
The studio offers a variety of classes for beginners to seasoned yogis. Many of the classes mix in small weights, barre-style moves and heated rooms, and they are more enticing than an average yoga class. The instructors add in lots of variations to the workouts, so you’re changing up the moves, which keeps the class from getting boring!
I suggest bringing your own yoga mat to class, or you can rent one for $2 per day. Also, don’t forget to bring water and a small towel – you’ll find it useful throughout the hour.
Memberships, including unlimited classes, begin at $115 per month.
This month, invite your friends to a free week of yoga. Each friend that attends earns you another chance to win one year of unlimited yoga (friends must be new to CPY and must redeem their invite during July). See more details here.
Check out the studio’s Facebook and Twitter pages for the latest updates and special offers.
This location of CPY is located in Preston Forest Shopping Center of Dallas at 11700 Preston Forest, Suite 800 next to Whole Foods.
If you take one of the classes, leave a comment below sharing your experience with us. I think you’ll find it fun! Namaste.
(Disclaimer: I was provided with a complimentary one-month membership to CPY, and all thoughts are my own.)
