I have decided that this day is beginning to turn around. This morning I thought this day was going to turn out pretty blah but I came back from lunch and the whole world has changed. *did I mention I exaggerate a bit!*
The first email in my inbox read something like this … “Hello everyone, We have no further changes to the website. Thanks for everything.” This seriously made me want to do a happy dance. We have been working on this website for way too long. (Currently reading this btw: Creating a Website: The Missing Manual)
Then when I was just getting over the joy of that email … one of my co-workers walked in with this crazy thing …
and said, hey girls this is a new monthly thing we are doing here at the office. Enjoy! You better believe I will enjoy this!
Yay for projects finally getting approved and yay for ice cream at work! Now if only it was Friday.
That is just cruel… I’m jealous… A good day for me consists of getting out of work before the sun goes down… YAY for the high stress world of Advertising… Maybe I should switch careers – graphic design is looking mighty tasty!
graphic designers should be paid in food – i’m going to start demanding weekly ice cream payments at work on Monday
